SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Chic Decent. Below is our Shipping Terms to United Kingdom.

And please be well understood that the order you made to us would always be integrated by below phases.

Place & Pack The Order

An order got placed at your side. Our warehouse parcel the ordered items. It normally takes 1 business day and we call it the processing time which depends on the product status.

2.

Ship Term The Order

Parcel arrived shipper's sorting center generally the same day of the pack day; and be arranged for the cross border transpotation. It normally takes 3-20 working days to the destination country or city. And that's the express/standard shipping time.

3.

Deliver The Order

Finally and lastly, the parcel delivered to you and be received at your side.

  • Generally takes 7-12 business days;
  • Shipping Fee 3£, Ordering<23.99£;
  • Free Shipping, Ordering≥23.99£.

Express by DHL

This shipping method is activated since Mar 11, 2025.

Chic Decent fulfills orders via DHL from Shanghai Port to United Kingdom.

  • Generally 2-7 days;
  • **"2-7 delivery" counts 80% DHL orders of past starting 4 Months to our available destinations, including packages without remote reminder but forwarded to 3rd party for last mile delivery due to service restrictions.
  • Shipping Fee 19GB£, Ordering<89.99GB£;
  • Free Shipping, Ordering≥89.99GB£.

Not Arrived Packages

We will

① make new shipment for replacing in one of below case

  • a package without update for more than 10 days (grace time for possible custom inspection) or
  • not arrived over 30 days after fulfillment
  • ("no update" condition applies first;, not covering force majeure cases)

② issue our apology in store credit method, equals 10% of your paid amount to the affected order.

*Kindly be noted that we have our daily follow up on packages of alert status with shippers.

*As there are more than two teams working together on a complete shipment (fulfilment, internal transit, oversea transit...), our information exchange shall take time and shipper has their schedule for investigation or review; but we all work for successful deliveries.

Request A Second Delivery

Packages returned to Chic Decent due to an incorrect or incomplete or unsecure address, or unavailable recipient, are not for refund. A transit return to the courier's warehouse takes around 7-60 days. Please double-check your zip code and shipping address before checkout to save from wastes of money or time. And to request a second delivery requires extra charges.

  • Redelivery Grace Period is 5 days upon the notification of return to sender for verifying or updating the shipping address. Redelivery fee is 4.5GB£ which is required to activate the redelivery.

Packages will be treated as abandoned on no reply to the notifications or no pay to the redelivery fee.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To better service our customers, we might split or combine your order into multi or one shipment(s). You will receive multiple or one shipment(s) when your order is being fulfilled by product categories or transportation conditions. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split or combine into multiple or one shipment(s). There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Your shipping fee will refunded or deducted upon the order amount.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on chicdecent.com, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Or you could review Track Your Order for more.

Make a Wrong to Right

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange new shipment for item/items that involved or make the refund accordingly. And we leave the item/items to be held at your side without return processed. More details, kindly read over our Refund Policy.
